We make every effort to ensure your order is received in good condition. However, if you are dissatisfied with your product, you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible and return the remaining product to the store where it was collected from. In the case of perishable products, our colleagues will show you the product upon collection, you should inspect them on collection and highlight your concerns at time of collecting.
If you have sent someone to collect a product on your behalf we will reasonably assume you have given them authority to view the product and accept it is of good quality.
We cannot credit in full or partially any product that is not returned to our stores. It will be at our sole discretion if we offer a goodwill gesture or not.
Products that have been returned to store that you are not satisfied with may be refunded or a replacement product given.
